1. Atelier Dispatch & Fulfillment Center

All orders are inspected, finished, and dispatched directly from our dedicated workshop in Bululawang, Malang Regency, East Java 65171, Indonesia. Fulfillment operates Monday through Saturday (08:00 – 17:00 GMT+7).

2. Dispatch Timelines

• Standard Catalog Pieces: Hand-packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Bespoke Laser Monogramming: Requires 1 additional business day for precision calibration and quality control.

3. Free Worldwide Shipping Milestone

We are pleased to provide Complimentary Worldwide Priority Shipping on all orders totaling $85 USD or greater. For orders below $85 USD, a flat global shipping fee of $15 USD is applied at checkout.

4. Estimated Transit Durations

• Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand): 3 – 5 business days.
• East Asia & Oceania (Japan, South Korea, Australia): 4 – 7 business days.
• North America (United States, Canada): 5 – 9 business days.

5. Insured Packaging & Parcel Tracking

Every order is wrapped in an unbleached cotton dustbag and presented inside a rigid cardboard unboxing box. Parcels include full transit loss insurance and real-time end-to-end international tracking dispatched to your email upon fulfillment.
